How does it compare to Heroku?
Hatchbox gives you the Heroku experience, but with the cost savings and freedom of running your own servers. We'll manage firewalls, load balancers, installing and configuring packages, background workers, databases, and the like. See how the price compares to Heroku.

Do I have to pay for my own servers?
Yes. You supply the servers. We supply the configuration, management, and maintenance you need to run Rails apps reliably on your own boxes.

What happens to my server if I cancel?
Your server is entirely yours. Everything stays intact, you just won't be able to use HatchBox to deploy your app or manage your server anymore.

How do you store my credit card?
We use Stripe to securely store your card in a fully PCI compliant, SSL, and AES-256 bit encrypted server.
